This is the first in a new series of blog posts under the category “You Know What They Say.”  I got this idea from friend and colleague Brooks Whittington.  We have the client pick their favorite image of the wedding day and expand on why they love it so much, what makes it their favorite, etc.  If you’re a client whose wedding we’ve finished and you’d like to participate, please do email me for details.  We would love to include you in this!

“This picture truly captures the moment we were in–which is proof of the wonderful work of Climie & Co. It is a true talent to be able to capture the feelings of a bride & groom in a moment and this was one of our favorites.

The ceremony had just ended and we were beyond thrilled to finally be married and to be dry–the rain held off until about 15 minutes after this picture was taken. We were able to sit on this bench and finally have a moment to ourselves while still being able to see our friends and family already celebrating inside! I remember during this picture that I was reminding myself to soak in everything that was happening. The colors are beautiful. This shot is just perfect.

We can’t thank Marc & Zack enough for the outstanding job they did in photographing our wedding. Our pictures are perfect and we will always treasure them.”
